Stream Smart Contact Form – Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

OAuth Account Data: Username, name, profile ID, avatar, and—if available through the provider and consented—email YouTube (Google), Twitch, or Kick.
Message Content: The text and metadata you submit (first name, middle name, last name, email address, phone number).
Technical Data: IP address, device and browser type, referral URLs, and event logs for security/abuse prevention.
Cookies/Similar Tech: Limited session and anti‑abuse cookies where necessary to operate the Service.

2. How We Use Information

Authenticate you and verify that you are a real user.
Route and deliver your message to the selected livestreamer.
Detect, prevent, and investigate spam, fraud, or abuse.
Maintain and improve the Service and its reliability.
Comply with legal obligations and platform API requirements.

3. How We Share Information

With Livestreamers: Your message and your account identity (e.g., username, avatar, and any shared profile fields) are visible to the livestreamer you contact.
Service Providers: We use hosting, storage, email/notification, and analytics providers to operate the Service under contract.
Platform Providers: We integrate with YouTube (Google), Twitch, and Kick under their API terms. We do not sell your personal information.
Legal/Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to defend our rights.

4. Data Retention

We retain message data and technical logs for as long as needed to deliver messages, ensure security, and comply with our legal obligations. After delivery, a livestreamer may retain copies independently; we do not control their retention practices.

5. Your Choices & Rights

You may stop using the Service at any time.
You may request deletion of message data we still store by contacting support@streamsmart.io. We will not be able to delete copies a livestreamer has independently retained.
Where applicable law grants rights (e.g., access, correction, deletion), you can exercise them by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity.

6. Third‑Party Policies

By logging in with YouTube, Twitch, or Kick, your use is also governed by those platforms’ policies:

Stream Smart is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms.

7. Revoking Access / Deleting the App

You can revoke Stream Smart’s access to your social account at any time by removing it from your connected apps settings:

After revocation, we will no longer receive data from that platform. This does not affect data already shared as part of delivered messages.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for users 13+ (or the age required by your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age threshold.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.
